Astro Climber is a vertically scrolling arcade action game for the SEGA Master System/Mark III console.
The Frontier Prime space station is failing and malfunctioning drones and hazards threaten you as oxygen runs out. Use your grapple hook to climb, refill oxygen, and escape before it's too late.

This is spectacular fun. It is very challenging also with the difficulty slowly ramping up. I am playing the game on a model 2 genesis with the Retron 5 3in1 converter and a SMS adapter cart that takes roms via an SDcard. It works great and have yet to have any difficulties.
Anyone completed this yet? I'm still trying :)

Quality homebrew for the sms market and in time for the 40th anniversary. Loved the tune and fresh puzzles to keep each level unique
Pretty good first impressions! Only thing I think it needs is a save feature, because it takes around 10 stages before the game starts to hit its stride, and needing to go through the first 9 stages every time to reach the good stuff starts to feel like a deterrent from playing the game.
Thanks! There are 3 continues, so you only need to restart if you lose all those too. Also the first 9 stages account for less than 5 minutes of play time, with the entire game around 20mins (depending on re-tries).
